Written by on November 15, 2017

The teenager accused of killing nine year old Ariel Bolah has been remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.

The 17-year old Frequente resident, who was without a lawyer, made his first appearance on Wednesday at St. George’s Magistrate’s Court where the charge of capital murder was read to him.

The youngster is believed to have unlawfully and intentionally caused the death of Ariel Bolah.  Since the matter is an indictable one, he was not allowed to enter a plea, and is due to return to court in December.
