IMF CONCLUDES SECOND REVIEW OF GRENADA’S STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM St. George — At the conclusion of its second review of Grenada’s Structural Adjustment Program under the extended credit facility, the International Monetary Fund says that Grenada’s economy is recovering faster than expected.
