GRENADA MOURNS THE LOSS OF A SON

St. George -- Professor Randy McIntosh, in more recent times, has become known as the person who was spearheading the process of drafting a new constitution for Grenada. He was someone who has been described as being very passionate about constitutional reform, and a prolific writer who has written extensively.

Also a staunch supporter of the Caribbean Court of Justice, McIntosh passed away at a hospital in Babados early on Friday morning following a massive stroke.
