INDEPENDENT FILM MAKER INVITES SAILING COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT THE ARTS WITH THE CLICK OF A MOUSE

ANTIGUA - Sailing enthusiasts interested in supporting the arts will soon be able to make the transition from interested observer to active patron with just a click of the mouse. Independent film maker, Alexis Andrews, is in the final stages of filming on his documentary Vanishing Sail: A Caribbean Tradition on the Verge of Extinction, and is extending an invitation to the sailing community to take an active role in its completion by making donations using a new fundraising medium, Kickstarter.com. Kickstarter is the world’s largest funding platform for creative projects.

KOREAN MARINE SPECIALISTS CONDUCT COASTAL RESEARCH PROJECT

St. George -- A team of marine specialists from the Republic of Korea are in Grenada this week to initiate work on a marine research project on the south east coast of Grenada.
