PARTY ANIMAL TO PERFORM

St. George -- A top regional artiste, who has won his country's carnival Road March title, will be performing in Grenada on Thursday, July 26.


Vincentian, Problem Child, will be a guest artiste at Thursday's semifinal of Grenada's 2012 Groovy Soca Monarch competition.
The Spicemas Corporation show will be held at Carnival City at Garfield's Summer Lime on Kirani James Boulevard, starting 8 pm.
In 2007, Problem Child won the Road March competition in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with the hit, "Party Animal."


Other guest performers at Carnival City on Thursday are Tallpree, Kitty Boy, Japs, and New Dimensions – the 2012 steelbands' Bomb Tune competition winner.


A group of 20 artistes will compete in the Groovy Soca Monarch semifinal. Ten will be chosen for the final and a chance of capturing the 2012 groovy title, which is now held by Randy Isaac.
