TAMCC STUDENTS BEGIN INTERNSHIP IN BARBADOS

Grenada – Thirty-eight second-year students of the T.A. Marryshow Community College left the island today to begin their internship at the Crane Residential Resort in Barbados. The students were selected from the following programmes: Hospitality Studies, Culinary Arts, Electronics Engineering Technology and Refrigeration & Air conditioning Technology.

CARIBBEAN SCIENCE FOUNDATION NEWS AND UPDATES

SPISE 2013 Student Applications due April 22, 2013
The Caribbean Science Foundation (CSF) would like to remind its friends and followers that the student application deadline for the 2013 SPISE is April 22 (only 2 weeks away).  High-school students interested in applying to this program should go to http://caribbeanscience.org where they will find the eligibility criteria, the application forms, and answers to a set of frequently asked questions.  SPISE is a rigorous 4-week residential program for gifted Caribbean students interested in pursuing careers in science and engineering, and is free of cost to the students. SPISE 2013 runs from July 20 - August 17, 2013.

TAMCC TO HOST ITS THIRD ANNUAL GALA DINNER

St. George – The T.A. Marryshow Community College's School of Applied Arts and Technology (SAAT) will host its Third Annual Gala Dinner on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 7:30 p.m. at the Grenada Trade Centre. The dinner will be hosted under the patronage of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development.
