MT ZION LIBRARY PRESENTED WITH MUCH NEEDED HELP

St. George -- At a ceremony held Friday 8 April 2016, at the Mt Zion Library in St. George's, three of the original executive and founding members of the Human Resource Management Association of Grenada (HRMAG) now defunct, presented Oonya Kempadoo, Director and Founder of Mt Zion Library with a cheque for $1,550.50 to support the tremendous work being done by the sole public library in St. George's in developing young and adult minds.

GNCRC CONDEMN VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN

The Grenada National Coalition on the Rights of the Child (GNCRC) is concerned about the recent reports that Britney Baptiste, a 15 year old resident of St. Paul's, St. George, was found dead following a search mounted for her when she did not return home from visiting a family member.

ST. GEORGE  -- On Wednesday, the Regional Beverage Alcohol Alliance (RBAA), along with its global partners and sponsors, Pernod Ricard and DIAGEO, donated laptops and projectors to the Samaritan Presbyterian, the Mt. Rose Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Primary and Concord Government primary schools.
