THE DEATH OF AN INSTITUTION

Too often, Carriacou is referred to as the cradle of Culture in the State of Grenada; and while that may be true, taking into consideration the number of festivals and the diversity of our culture, the question that begs itself is, who is ensuring that that cradle is being rocked so that the baby (culture) within is properly nourished?
