GRENLEC SUPPORTS ST. GEORGE’S ANGLICAN TOWER RESTORATION

Written by on November 7, 2017

Through the Grenlec Community Partnership Initiative this year, $40,000 was contributed for the restoration of St. George’s Anglican Tower — an historic landmark devastated by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. The project was approved as an initiative that preserves our nation’s heritage, a priority of the GCPI.

“We acknowledge with gratitude Grenlec’s contribution to this project and several projects across the nation that are crucial for the ongoing growth and development of the nation.” -Archdeacon Christian Glasgow, St. George’s Anglican Church

Since 1994, the GCPI has provided grants of over $22 million to hundreds of organisations throughout our nation to support education, health, culture, sports, and social services.
